CarPay exists because a real Australian landlord told us he'd spent every Sunday morning for two years copying bank transfers into a spreadsheet. That conversation became this product.
In Australia, thousands of small fleet owners rent vehicles to Uber, Ola and DiDi drivers. They aren't big companies — most run 5 to 50 cars from a home office, sometimes alongside another job. The work is mechanical: cars in, cars out, weekly rent in, repeat.
The problem is that nobody built software for them. The big property management platforms target apartment blocks, not vehicles. Generic invoicing tools don't know what a rego plate is. Banking apps don't tell you which tenant just sent $350. So every landlord we spoke to had built the same workaround — a giant Excel sheet with a column for each tenant and a row for each week.
That five-hours-a-week tax is the problem CarPay solves. Bank transfers get matched to vehicles by plate number, automatically. Cards get charged on schedule, automatically. Late fees get added, collected, and reconciled, automatically. The dashboard tells you who paid, who's late, and which one tenant always pays on Tuesday — without you opening a spreadsheet.
The reason most international SaaS doesn't fit the Australian rideshare market is regulation. The ePayments Code §8 requires advance notice before every recurring charge. AU Consumer Law caps the late fees you can charge. The Privacy Act (APP 3, APP 5) controls what you can collect about a tenant before signing. Stripe Direct Debit (BECS) has different limits to credit cards, and chargebacks here move on a different clock.
CarPay is built around all of those constraints from the ground up. The mandate authorisation captured at signup, the language in the contract templates, the way refunds and disputes surface in your dashboard — all of it follows the local rules so you don't have to learn them.
CarPay is the first product from KyriTech — a Melbourne-based Growth & Digital Infrastructure Studio helping businesses increase visibility, build scalable systems, and achieve measurable results. Founded by Kaan Ali Albayrak with strategic partner Kerime Yiğit and technology partner Cansaran İşler.
Four more products are on the way: Splid (restaurant bill splitting), PropTrack (property management), FleetIQ (fleet analytics) and GymFlow (gym management). The thread between them: Australian businesses, often run by migrants, who deserve software that respects their time and speaks their language.
Every engagement is directly overseen by leadership. Lean, founder-led, and performance-obsessed.

Every flow is benchmarked against "how many seconds does this save the owner per week?". If a feature doesn't pay back in saved time, it doesn't ship.
You see every fee, every plan limit, every Stripe charge in plain AUD. No "contact sales for pricing", no dark patterns, no surprise renewals.
Melbourne-based, serving Australia wide. The founder personally answers WhatsApp support (+61 478 722 276) during business hours. Bugs reported on Monday usually ship Tuesday.
Day one, the app supported English, Turkish, Arabic, Chinese and Korean — because the owners and the tenants both speak those languages. Arabic is fully RTL.
Postgres row-level security at the database. Stripe handles every card. PII redacted from AI before any message leaves the app. One-click self-service account deletion.
Claude answers most questions instantly. When it can't, one click opens a WhatsApp thread with a human — pre-filled with your context so we don't make you repeat yourself.
CarPay is the first one live. Four more in build — same dual-engine approach (growth + systems), different industries.
